You may happen to be at the end of your tenancy, you are too busy to keep desired level of cleanliness at home, you cannot reach the windows from the outside or you have terribly stained your carpet. Reasons may vary, but one is universal - a professional clean, performed by a licensed cleaner using top quality detergents and equipment, keeps your home or office a safer and cozier place to live and work.

How do I book a cleaner?

The easiest way is to call or email our friendly Customer Service representatives and explain your cleaning priorities. Our office staff will find the best cleaning service for you, depending on your own needs.

How safe are your detergents and technologies?

Although our cleaning products are strong to remove dirt, they are safe to use, bio-degradable and harmless to your children, pets and the environment. We cooperate only with the best manufacturers on the market today. For some of our services, such as windows or steam carpet and upholstery cleaning, we try to minimize the use of detergents and optimize the power of pure water for producing a healthy and sustainable clean with durable results.

Do I pay extra on Weekends?

We operate Monday to Sunday, including bank holidays at NO extra costs.

Do I need to be there all the time?

No, you do not. It is always helpful to be present at the beginning of the cleaning for our hourly based services, as explaining your cleaning priorities will induce better results. It is recommended that you are there at the end to inspect results and pay.

What happens if I cannot be at the property on the day of cleaning?

We understand that our clients run on a tough schedule just as we do. We could pick up keys, initiate a clean and organize payment by distance in order to make your cleaning experience easier.

How do I pay?

You pay directly to the cleaning team in cash, once cleaning is completed, or you make a bank transfer upon issue of invoice. No deposit is required in advance.

Are there any additional fees?

The only additional fee might be that for parking, when our teams arrive in our fully equipped vans. We do not calculate parking fee in the price, as we wish to avoid overcharging those clients, who can provide a free parking space or a permit.

Do you have a cancellation fee or a deposit?

We do not require a deposit. We have cancellation fees, you can get more information on our Terms and Conditions page.

Do you guarantee your End of tenancy cleaning?

Our End of tenancy service is guaranteed 48 hours after completion. The best way to produce high quality results is to schedule your inventory check or inspection right after the cleaning, so we could return to the property for a free re-clean, in case any omissions are spotted.
